Films between 2 and 10 minutes from any country in the world may submit. The main requirement is that the film must be in English or Hungarian, or include English or Hungarian subtitles. Each month, eight films will be selected: seven nominees and one winner. After all monthly selections are completed, the main event will take place—the final, where the overall festival winner will be determined. The winner will receive a unique trophy and a $100 cash prize.
